Our Staff

Dan oversees all administrative and financial aspects of running the business. In his former life, he was the president & CEO of a hospital chain in the healthcare business. Why is he in the housing business today? – Because he loves it! It is exciting to help people and see them realize their dreams. Dan graduated from Central Missouri University. His strengths are in working with people, suppliers, vendors, financial institutions – all the behind the scene stuff that supports our operations and sales. Dan and Judy (his wife for many years) raised one child, and now have a beautiful grandchild.

Roberta has a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and loves Sun Home’s houses so much she bought one herself. Roberta handles all of Sun Home’s interior design needs and also assists customers with the selection process of paint, colors, flooring, cabinets, counters and plumbing fixtures. Roberta is well respected for her craft and is a treasured individual of the Sun Home team.

Erik runs the entire field operations. He directs and trains field superintendents, oversees the scheduling of all subcontractors, and meets with clients on the job sites. He graduated from college, and worked for national home builders like Toll Brothers (custom luxury home builder) and Pulte (production home builder). He learned his craft specializing in the final stages of finishing high-quality homes. Erik is known for his quiet manner leadership style. Our customers love him – and so do we.

Instead of building the same cookie-cutter houses, we love to custom design homes for each of our customers. David Bromley graduated from University of Missouri with a degree in Residential and Commercial Design. He has been an architect for 20+ years and has produced nationwide purchased plans before joining Sun Homes. David is part of our professional internal design staff & is committed to providing you with personal attention. He is experienced in CAD designs and helps put Sun Homes above the rest in custom designs.

As in any organization there is a back room that supports the front. You may not see Christy often but she is the one that allows the rest of us to do our job. Christy is Sun Homes Office Manager and is in charge of accounting, finance and administrative duties. Christy is the heart of the office and is a valuable asset to the Sun Homes team.

Debra manages the company’s entire marketing program. She has years of experience with real estate sales. She helped develop and implement Sun Homes “Guaranteed Sales” program, a program whereby the company will “Buy Your Home at Full-Appraised Value” if you are purchasing or building a new home with Sun Homes. She listens to you, and finds out what and where you want to build. In addition, Debra works closely with realtors, brokers and developers.

Robert brings years of experience working with customers in the tele-
phone repair business. He is responsible for coordinating all service calls. His famous line is “Mam, what’s the problem? I’m here to fix it for you!” He is devotion to customer service and making sure our customers are taken care of.
